Our client is international mobility tech provider, whose mission is to offer new alternatives for convenient, affordable and eco-friendly travel.Having more than 400,000 daily connections to 2,500+ destinations, makes them one of the Europe’s largest long-distance travel providers.Due to the entrepreneurial spirit, their innovative business model is highly scalable and has created thousands of new jobs in the industry, and wins millions of customers.We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior CRM Automation Manager who will help our client shape their team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on their success. 

Your Tasks:

  • Work with marketing and the leadership team to develop coordinated, enterprise-wide marketing automation strategies
  • Build & improve internal tools & processes
  • Create comprehensive documentation & tested code 
  • Analyze existing & potential Marketing channels
  • Build ETL data pipelines & identify optimization opportunities
  • Co-create and implement a variety of digital assets
  • Maintain the marketing automation processes, procedures, programs, technical processes, and workflows
  • Improve the sync between the different tools and optimize lead scoring, routing, automation 
  • Be an expert on the latest trends, seek out industry best practices, and proactively incorporate relevant ideas and create regular growth marketing experiments
  • Work closely with the Marketing Automation lead to build scalable marketing automation infrastructure, codebase, and processes across company email templates, data flows, automation and reporting 
  • Collaborate with data science, data engineers, software engineers and product teams to determine technical requirements to implement marketing automation functionality into our owned properties 


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or relevant industry experience 
  • Experience with SQL
  • Understanding of relational database and comfortable with writing queries in SQL to segment and analyze data to be used for campaigns and automations
  • Basic knowledge of ETL tools, front-end JavaScript frameworks & Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus 
  • Knowledge in data analysis with Git version control, Python & AMP script is a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing
