Financial Analyst
We are on the lookout for a Financial Analyst to join our partner - an American corporation that focuses on B2B cloud solutions. As a part of the team you will get hands-on experience on commissions payroll and sales compensation processes and work closely with with business partners on daily basis.

- Excellent time management and ability to work independently;
- Previous experience with SAP/ BOBJ/SFDC/Tableau will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent command of English;
On the day-to-day you will:
- Drive administration and implementation of financial and process controls to improve sales compensation effectiveness;
- Provide support to regional Sales Operations and Sales Finance teams;
- Be in charge of end-to-end owner of monthly Commissions payments process for designated sales regions;
- Manage special cases payments, model and consult partners on treatment of exceptional deals, analyze impact and propose resolutions;
- Complete assigned day to day activities related to compensation plan maintenance, high/low achievers reviews, payments validations, SOX compliance activities to ensure smooth compensation operations;
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytical support to business partners (Sales Finance, Sales Operations, HR, Legal, IT);
- Evaluate performance-based commissions results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities;
- Coordinate compensation administration activities for the regions;
- Participate in integration of compensation processes related to mergers and acquisitions;
- Be involved in User Acceptance Testing when implementing new tools, processes or compensation strategies;
