Our client is a leading provider of multi-cloud services for all apps, enabling digital innovation with enterprise control.

They are looking for a versatile, dynamic, and agile Technical Project Manager to join their PMO team, overseeing the delivery of highly strategic projects focused on a variety of internal and customer-facing applications, all developed with the purpose of better supporting their customers.
In this role, your tenacity will be critical in engaging with numerous business operations, product management, and engineering teams to create and execute plans, track and report on program heath while driving decision-making and teasing out risks.

Performance outcomes you will work toward completing:

• Create and manage execution plans from user story development to release for each product delivery cycle
• Partner with key business stakeholders and product management
• Become a trusted advisor for the product team helping to anticipate and remove
  roadblocks, identifying and tracking dependencies, facilitating meetings
• Expand your domain knowledge across all operations teams

What type of work will you be doing?

• Plan, coordinate, track and manage project(s) globally dispersed project teams.
• Work with resource managers, technical staff and business subject matter experts
• Communicate timely to relevant stakeholders regarding the status of the project
• Manage cross-capability dependencies, risks, key design decisions etc
• Direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis and identify resource needs
• Drive continuous improvement of project processes

Role-Specific Technical Skills:

• Certified project management skills
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Experience managing software development projects
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
