Our client is a text marketing suite helping eCommerce store owners increase their ROI and customer loyalty. Currently, our product is being used by 28000+ eCommerce businesses globally. They have featured integrations for the largest eCommerce platforms including Shopify and BigCommerce.

They are looking to hire a smart, enthusiastic, and dedicated Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to join the growing Sofia team. This is a great opportunity for an industrious self-starter who is looking for an instrumental role within an innovative and fast-paced company. This is the first HR function in the Bulgarian office.


  • Lead full recruiting process including screening CV’s, sourcing activities, conducting phone and in depth behavioral interviews up to offer stage
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific requirements and needs
  • Arrange interviews with prospective employees and make sure they have a great experience
  • Develop and maintain sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns
  • Serve as the point of contact for all HR-related issues throughout the entire employee life-cycle
  • Manage and organize company-wide events, social outings, lunches, and more
  • Implement team-building activities and social events that promote internal initiatives and enhance the company culture
  • Run the initial on-boarding process of new employees
  • Analyze and report on internal company metrics related to on-boarding, off-boarding, employee surveys, and other key data


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in a fast-paced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition position
  • Recruitment experience with technical profiles in the software development context
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, guidelines, and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail, good priority management, problem analysis, and organization skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and juggle a varied and busy workload
  • Highly competent in spreadsheet skills, in particular, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Team player, proactive, problem-solver and agile person
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
