What you will do:

• Lead and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, technical delivery, and improvements.
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and secure operations.
• Ensure the system meets current and future business needs.
• Manage a small internal team and coordinate with a vendor.
• Coach and develop your direct reports.

What you bring to the table:

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations administration and support.
• Experience and/or strong inclination for leading and mentoring people.
• Good knowledge of PaaS and SaaS platforms and environments.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
